100% Whey Protein Pancakes

Cooking Time: 5 minutes
- 1 cup oats
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- Pinch of salt,
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1-2 scoops Bodyfuelz 100% whey protein powder
- 2 tablespoons flax seed
Step 1: Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix them well on a low to medium speed. Ensure that it turns into a proper paste.
Step 2: Heat a Non-Stick griddle (or tawa) to a medium-high heat.
Step 3: Pour 1/4 cup of batter in small circles on the griddle (or tawa). Optional - Sprinkle blueberries or chocolate chip to your desire.
Step 4: Within 2-3 minutes, when the edges start to look dry, flip to the other side and cook for another minute or two.
Step 5: Take the Bodyfuelz 100% Whey Protein Pancake from the griddle (or tawa). While serving, top it with peanut butter, chocolate syrup or any topping of your taste.
